Unearth Campaigns LLC (“Unearth,” “we,” “our,” and/or “us”) values the privacy of individuals who use our website and individuals about whom we collect information for our digital advertising targeting audiences and related services (collectively, “you”) (collectively, our “Services”). This privacy policy (the “Privacy Policy”) explains how we collect, use, and share information from you. By using our Services, you agree to the collection, use, disclosure, and procedures this Privacy Policy describes.

Information We Collect
We may collect a variety of information from or about you or your devices from various sources, as described below.
A. Information You Provide to Us.
Communications. If you contact us directly, we may receive additional information about you. For example, when you send inquiries about our Services or contact us for customer support, we ask for your first name, last name, organization name, email address, phone number, the contents of the message, and other information you choose to provide. If you subscribe to our newsletter, then we will collect certain information from you, such as your first name, last name, and email address. When we send you emails, we may track whether you open them to learn how to deliver a better customer experience and improve our Services.
B. Information We Collect When You Use Our Services.
Device Information. We receive information about the device and software you use to access our Services, including IP address (which can be used to tell us your general location), web browser type, browser version, and device identifiers.
Usage Information. To help us understand how you use our Services and to help us improve them, we automatically receive information about your interactions with our Services, like the pages or other content you view, the time spent on those pages, and the dates and times of your visits.

Other third parties. We receive from these sources information such as your email address, phone number, birthdate, employment information, and mailing address and combine it with other information we have about you.
How We Use the Information We Collect
We use the information we collect:

- To show you advocacy messages and ads for Unearth’s services.

How We Share the Information We Collect
We do not share or otherwise disclose information we collect from or about you except as described below or otherwise disclosed to you at the time of the collection.
Vendors and Service Providers. We may share any information we receive with vendors and service providers retained in connection with the provision of our Services.
Analytics Partners. We use analytics services such as Google Analytics to collect and process certain analytics data. To help us understand how you use our Services and to help us improve them, we automatically receive information about your interactions with our Services, like the pages or other content you view, the time spent on those pages, and the dates and times of your visits.
Advertising Partners. We work with third-party advertising partners to show you ads that we think may interest you. Some of our advertising partners are members of the Network Advertising Initiative (https://optout.networkadvertising.org) or the Digital Advertising Alliance (https://optout.aboutads.info). If you do not wish to receive personalized ads, please visit their opt-out pages to learn about how you may opt out of receiving web-based personalized ads from member companies. You can access any settings offered by your mobile operating system to limit ad tracking, or you can install the AppChoices mobile app to learn more about how you may opt out of personalized ads in mobile apps.
As Required By Law and Similar Disclosures. We may access, preserve, and disclose your information if we believe doing so is required or appropriate to: (a) comply with law enforcement requests and legal process, such as a court order or subpoena; (b) respond to your requests; or (c) protect your, our, or others’ rights, property, or safety. For the avoidance of doubt, the disclosure of your information may occur if you post any objectionable content on or through our Services.
Merger, Sale, or Other Asset Transfers. We may transfer your information to service providers, advisors, potential transactional partners, or other third parties in connection with the consideration, negotiation, or completion of a corporate transaction in which we are acquired by or merged with another company or we sell, liquidate, or transfer all or a portion of our assets. The use of your information following any of these events will be governed by the provisions of this Privacy Policy in effect at the time the applicable information was collected.
Consent. We may also disclose your information with your permission.
Your Choices
Marketing Communications. You can unsubscribe from our promotional emails via the link provided in the emails. Even if you opt out of receiving promotional messages from us, you will continue to receive administrative messages from us.
Third Parties
Our Services may contain links to other websites, products, or services that we do not own or operate. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of these third parties. Please be aware that this Privacy Policy does not apply to your activities on these third-party services or any information you disclose to these third parties. We encourage you to read their privacy policies before providing any information to them.
Security
We make reasonable efforts to protect your information by using physical and electronic safeguards designed to improve the security of the information we maintain. However, as no electronic transmission or storage of information can be entirely secure, we can make no guarantees as to the security or privacy of your information.
Children’s Privacy
We do not knowingly collect, maintain, or use personal information from children under 13 years of age, and no part of our Services is directed to children. If you learn that a child has provided us with personal information in violation of this Privacy Policy, then you may alert us at [email protected].
International Visitors
Our Services are hosted in the United States and intended for visitors located within the United States. If you choose to use our Services from the European Union or other regions of the world with laws governing data collection and use that may differ from U.S. law, then please note that you are transferring your personal information outside of those regions to the United States for storage and processing. Also, we may transfer your data from the U.S. to other countries or regions in connection with storage and processing of data, fulfilling your requests, and operating our Services. By providing any information, including personal information, on or to our Services, you consent to such transfer, storage, and processing.
Changes to this Privacy Policy
We will post any adjustments to the Privacy Policy on this page, and the revised version will be effective when it is posted. If we materially change the ways in which we use or share personal information previously collected from you through our Services, we will notify you through our Services, by email, or other communication.

Additional Notice for California and Virginia Residents
This Additional Notice for California Residents supplements the information contained in the Privacy Policy and applies to: California residents from whom we collect Personal Information as a business under the Consumer Privacy Act of 2018 as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act of 2020 (California Civil Code §§ 1798.100 to 1798.199) and its implementing regulations, as amended or superseded from time to time (“CCPA”); and Virginia residents from whom we collect Personal Data as a controller under the Virginia Consumer Data Protection Act as amended or superseded from time to time (“VCDPA”).
A. California Consumer Privacy Act (“CCPA”)
For the purpose of this section, “Personal Information” means information that identifies, relates to, describes, is reasonably capable of being associated with, or could reasonably be linked, directly or indirectly, with a particular consumer or household, or as otherwise defined by the CCPA.
Personal Information does not include information that is
- Publicly available, as defined by the CCPA.
- Deidentified or aggregated.
- Otherwise excluded from the scope of the CCPA.

We collect Personal Information from you when you provide it to us or automatically when you use the Services. We may also obtain information about you from other sources, such as data providers, social media platforms and networks, and publicly available sources.

In the prior twelve months, we have collected each of the categories of CCPA personal information described above. In addition, we also collected gender information and disclosed it to service providers, vendors, advertisers, and advertising partners. We no longer collect gender and have deleted such information from our systems.
In the prior 12 months before the date of this Privacy Policy, we may have disclosed Identifiers, Contact Information, Electronic Network Activity with advertising partners to show you advocacy messages and ads for Unearth’s services. Under the CCPA, some of these data disclosures may broadly be considered a “sale” and “sharing” of Personal Information.
Unearth does not have actual knowledge that it sells Personal Information or shares for cross-context behavioral advertising the Personal Information of consumers under 16 years of age. Unearth does not use or disclose Sensitive Personal Information for purposes other than those set forth in the CCPA.
- Purposes of Processing Personal Information
We collect, use, or disclose your Personal Information for the business and commercial purposes below:
- To provide and maintain the Services.
- To show you advocacy messages and ads for Unearth’s services.

- Retention
We will retain for personal information for a time period required or allowed by applicable regulations or laws and as needed to fulfill legitimate business purposes outlined in Section 3(of Processing Personal Information), including providing you products and services, complying with our legal obligations, resolving disputes, and enforcing our agreements, or for other purposes described in this California Privacy Notice. Our retention of information is based on many factors such as your relationship with Unearth, the nature of the information, compliance with our legal obligations, and defending or resolving actual or anticipated legal claims.

If you are a California resident, you may exercise the following rights:
- The right to know what Personal Information we have collected about you, including the categories of personal information, the categories of sources from which the personal information is collected, the business or commercial purpose for collecting, selling, or sharing personal information, the categories of third parties to whom we disclose personal information, and the specific pieces of personal information we have collected about you.
- The right to correct inaccurate Personal Information that we maintain about you.
- The right to request deletion of the Personal Information that we have collected about you, subject to certain exemptions.
- The right to opt out of the sale of Personal Information or sharing of Personal Information for CCBA.
- The right not to receive discriminatory treatment for the exercise of your CCPA privacy rights, subject to certain exceptions.
You can submit a request to know, correct, and delete your Personal Information through our online form or call our toll-free number at 855-456-2646. Such requests are subject to our ability to reasonably verify your identity. For right-to-know requests, we ask you to provide your name, email address, home phone number, cell phone number, address, and LinkedIn profile URL. If we locate your information in our records, we will ask you to email us from the email account for which you are requesting information. You can exercise your right to opt out of the sale of your Personal Information or the sharing of your Personal Information for CCBA here.
If you implement browser-based opt-out preference signals, Unearth will opt you out of the sale of your Personal Information and sharing of your Personal Information for CCBA. You can implement these signals through your browser settings for browsers that offer them. Please refer to your browser for additional information and instructions.
You may authorize another person (your “authorized agent”) to submit a request on your behalf through the methods described above. Your authorized agent should submit proof that you gave the agent signed permission to submit the request. We may still require you to directly verify your identity and directly confirm that you have provided the authorized agent permission to submit the request.
B. Virginia Consumer Data Protection Act (“VCDPA”)
For the purpose of this section, “Personal Data” means any information that is linked or reasonably linkable to an identified or identifiable natural person. Personal Data does not include de-identified data, publicly available information (as these terms are defined under the VCDPA) or any other Personal Data otherwise excluded from the scope of the VCDPA.
If you are a Virginia resident, you may exercise the following rights with respect to your Personal Data:
- To confirm whether or not we process your Personal Data and request access to such data;
- To delete Personal Data you have provided to us or that we have obtained about you, subject to exceptions;
- To correct inaccuracies in your Personal Data;
- To opt out of the processing of your Personal Data for purposes of: (i) targeted advertising; (ii) the sale of Personal Data; and (iii) the processing of your Personal Data for certain types of profiling in furtherance of decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effect (please note that we do not engage in such profiling);
- To obtain a copy of your Personal Data in a portable and, to the extent technically feasible, readily usable format;
- To appeal any decision with regard to your privacy request.
